An Agent Who Serves
Those Who Served
I'm a Marine Corps Veteran helping military families with every aspect of real estate in Hampton Roads. I've been in your boots.
Why Military Families Trust Me
As a fellow Marine, I understand the unique challenges military families face when buying or selling a home. PCS orders don't wait. Deployments create urgency. And you need an agent who can move fast, communicate clearly, and handle the details so you can focus on your mission.
I know the VA loan process inside and out. I understand BAH rates and how they affect your purchasing power. And I know which neighborhoods are closest to which bases, with the best school districts and the shortest commutes.
Whether you're getting stationed here, deploying out, or making Hampton Roads your permanent home after service, I've got you.

Veteran-to-Veteran
I speak your language because I lived it. No explaining what a PCS is or why timing matters. I get it.
Military Real Estate Questions
Can I use my VA loan more than once?
Yes. You can restore and reuse your VA loan benefit as long as you pay off the previous VA loan. Some veterans with remaining entitlement can even have two VA loans at once.
What happens to my home when I get orders?
You have several options: sell, rent it out, or if you have a tenant, you may be able to use your PCS protection under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. Let's plan ahead so you're not scrambling.
How does PCS housing work?
If you have a household goods shipment and temporary lodging allowance, I can help you find the right home quickly. I'm experienced at helping families buy sight-unseen with video tours when needed.
Do I need a local agent when relocating?
Absolutely. National chains and online platforms can't match the local knowledge you need. I know the neighborhoods, the flood zones, the school districts, and the commute patterns. That's invaluable when you're moving from out of state.
What are the benefits of a VA loan?
No down payment, no private mortgage insurance, competitive interest rates, and limited closing costs. It's one of the best loan programs available, and I'll make sure you use it to its full advantage.
How are military buyers different from civilians?
Military buyers often have tighter timelines, may need to buy sight-unseen, and have unique financial considerations like BAH and deployment. I structure the process around these realities.
